Currently all products are only available for Purchase & Delivery in Dubai and Northern Emirates
When the shipment is dispatched from the warehouse, the courier will send an SMS to the customer requesting an address confirmation.
If the customer does not confirm the address via the link sent in SMS, the courier company will call the customer to confirm the address.
Once the address is confirmed by the courier, they will proceed to dispatch the package on the next day Before arriving to the address, the courier will call the customer to confirm their availability throughout the day for delivery
If any request to delay the order is made from the customer, the courier company will adjust accordingly, We like to keep you informed of the status and time of your delivery.
We will try to contact you before scheduling delivery to provide you information on delivery timings. We use our best efforts to accommodate your preferred delivery timings and date. However, you may note that such timings are for indicative purposes.
The actual time of delivery may vary due to various uncontrollable delays that may occur.
In case of absence of the customer, delivery is considered complete if any family member or domestic worker domiciling at the same address of the customer signs the invoice/delivery note.
Delivery next working day (Saturday - Thursday only) on orders placed by 12pm Saturday - Thursday
Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday and all day Friday will be delivered on Sunday
